Sneha to play the baddy in Goa

Sneha follwing the footsteps of ‘Padayappa’ Ramya krishnan & ‘Uyir’ Sangeetha is going to play the baddy in Venkatprabhu’s Goa.

Venkatprabhu,with two blockbusters,is directing Goa which will be produced by Soundarya Rajinikanth of Ocher Studios in association with Warner Bros.Jai ,Vaibhav and Premji amaran will be playing the male leads.Jai after his latest controversy in which he commented that out of 4 films he’s acting only two will run.This created a chaos in the industry and Producers’ council had warned him and asked him to finish all his films right away.

In this chaos Soundarya Rajinikanth plead in the council that Jai must also complete her film Goa as he had allocated the call sheet in December,2008. The council taking this into consideration had ordered Jai to act in Goa also.

With all the issues fixed,Venkat Prabhu has recently roped in ‘The Smiling Princess’ Sneha to play the baddie in Goa.Sneha,as sources claim,will plot her vengeance against the male lead.The director is so confident that this role will speak for itself.

The shooting for the film will be commencing next month.

Tata Nano arrives

Much awaited car of the year tata nano finally arrives in the market.The car is more than just an automobile.People call it a revolution.

Buying a car has been the dream of any person.Particularly,Indian middle class and low class people have seen cars as an unreachable fruit.Ratan Tata,the most successful business man in India considering this factors decided to do something new.Now,Here it is a car for Rs.One Lakh(approx US $2000).The car was unveiled on the 10,January 2008.The concept of owning a car for as low as Rs.One Lakh did indeed create waves among the common people and businessmen.

The car has finally arrived on the 23rd of March and will be available in showrooms from the 1st of April,2009.The car is available in three variants

Tata Nano Standard (BSII and BSIII): The standard version, in three colour options, single-tone seats, and fold-down rear seat;

Tata Nano CX (BSII and BSIII): In five colour options, with heating and air-conditioning (HVAC), two-tone seats, parcel shelf, booster-assisted brakes, fold-down rear seat with nap rest;

Tata Nano LX: (BSIII) With the features of CX plus complete fabric seats, central locking,  front power windows, body coloured exteriors in three premium colours, fog lamps, electronic trip meter, cup holder in front console, mobile charger point, and rear spoiler. Many of these features are not available on current entry-level small cars in the country.

The company claims the car can reach a top speed of 105 kmph and has a fuel efficiency of 23.6 km/litre which is rather an excellent mileage for a four wheeler.

The booking will be done through State Bank of India with an application form costing Rs.300.The customers can choose to pay the full amount right away or can go for a finance from any bank.The cars will be dispatched from the 1st of June,2009.Tata has decided to accept orders for 1,00,000 cars right now.The figures will increase in the future.

This car is sure going to be a sensational hit and here we are witnessing history.

IPL to be held outside India

Indian Premiere League board decided to conduct the forthcoming IPL matches in some country other than India.England & South Africa are currently considered.

Indian Premiere League which last year was conducted on a trial basis to introduce League based games in Cricket.The concept divided the players into teams like the club culture in Basketball.The concept was a sensational hit as the cricket lovers loved to watch players from different countries playing together and against each other purely depending on the League they belong to.

IPL team owners included the Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan, Ravishing Beauty Preity Zintha, Business Tycoon Vijay Mallya and more.Cricket fans loved the concept and adored the matches.IPL,in particular,was a huge hit financially.With all those ads and promos,lot of people had earned a lump sum of their lifetime including the players.

This year also the IPL board had decided to conduct the matches in various parts of India.Unfortunately,The matches had dates colliding with the General Elections to come ahead.Home Minister of India,Mr.P.Chidambaram had requested a change of schedule for this reason which caused a difference of opinion between him and Lalit Modi,Chairman of IPL.

Following this,the state governments refused to provide necessary security forces for the players and matches.Considering the recent terrorist threats and the importance of the player’s lives,IPL board has decided to move the matches to some other country.Lalit Modi apologised to the people of India for having changed the location and also expressed his displeasure towards the state governments’ lack of cooperation.

The board also ensured that even though the place has been changed there’ll be no change in schedule and arrangements have been made for the fans to watch the cricket matches live which will be tubed between 1600 hrs and 2000 hrs IST.

Currently England and South Africa are under consideration and the location will be confirmed in two to three days.

Jade Goody dies of Cancer

Most Popular British Reality Actress Jade Goody Died today(22nd March,2009)due to cancer.She died in her place in Upshire,South East England early morning.She was 28 then.

Jade Goody was born in Bermondsey,London on the 5 June,1981.Her mother is Jackiey Budden who is also a well known tv actress.Jade Goody is a popular reality TV show actress and is a mother of  Two.Her charts hit heights after the UK version of Celebrity Big Brother in  the year 2006.Particularly,Jade Goody’s comments on her co-star Shilpa Shetty her complexion,accent etc and Shillpa Shetty’s reaction to that was critically acclaimed by audience worldwide and the reaction  was so strong that Powerful people like Gordon Brown and Tony Blair.

Jade Goody found she was suffering from cancer in the month of  August,2008.Doctors tried to cure the disease but it had spread all over her body.The star was highly courageous and took all types of treatments including chaemotherapy for which she had to shave her head.Even after this she came on TV with her tonsured head.Later in the month February the Doctors declared that there is no way Jade Goody could be saved and she has only months left.Jade having heard this news settled some of her personal committments including marrying his Lover  Jack  Tweed on 22nd of February,2009 in a emotional ceremony.

Her fans all over the world prayed for a miracle to happen so that the star could live some years more.All those prayers went unanswered when she died today in her place at around 7.30.She had celebrities from various fields paying her last respects.Let us pray the almighty for her soul to rest in peace.

Ayan Releasing on the 3rd of April

Surya next film ‘Ayan’ had just confirmed it’s release date.The K.V.Anand Directed film is oing to be released on the 3rd of April,09.

Surya after his stupendous performance in Varanam Aayiram had gained name among all film enthusiasts.Varanam Aayiram,eventhough wasn’t well received by the audience,had Surya play a double role as Father and Son.Adding to that the film sported Surya in different timelines the film starting from some three decades before and gradually shows the life of a young man.

Surya perfectly depicted the two characters including changing his physical appearance like getting lean for a 15 year old and sporting a six pack for an army officer.This involved work from the actor gained him respect and name in all of Indian Cinema.Now Surya has paired with K.V.Anand, Cinematographer turned Director,who had directed the Mega Hit film Kana Kandaen for Ayan(Meaning One who’s invidual and strong).

Tamannah who is fastly climbing her ladder to the position one of Kollywood Dreamgirls is going to pair with Surya for the first time.Comedy portion is going to be taken care of Karunaas.

The film is about a young man who after finishing his studies aims to achieve big in his life but gets in trouble and the screenplay describes how he gets out of his problems.Surya has retained his Six pack physique which he aorked out for varanam aayiram and he has got a fight scene which,the director says,is one of a kind that tamil cinema has never seen.

The film’s release has been taken over by Sun Pictures of Sun Network.As of now the release date has been fixed on the 3rd of April.The film is expected to be  a big hit.Let’s wait what time is going to do…

 

Wanted:Weapons of Fate Game Preview Pics

Wanted:Weapons of Fate is adapted from the hollywood blockbuster film of the same name.The game is going to be released on the 24th of March.Here’s a preview.

‘Wanted’ the film was released in the year 2008 starring James McAvoy, Angelina jolie and Morgan Freeman is about a normal man who finds that he’s the son of a professinal assassin and has super human capabilities in handling guns.The film was well treated and was very well received by the audience.Now,Warner Bros. in association with GRIN entertainment are designing a game based on the film.The game’s designed to run on Playstation3,XBOX 360 and PC.

The game is designed in a way that the hero uses his superior gun handling skills to come over enemies.Particularly,Bullet shots in the game can be curves as depicted in the film and there are also a lot of weapons for the player to choose from.The game also has concentrated on cutting edge graphics technologies.The makers are sure that the game will be as huge as the original film.

Sruthi Hassan will be the Music Director of ‘Thalaivan Irukkiran’

Sruthi Hassan,Daughter of Veteran Tamil actor Kamal Hassan is going to be the Music Director of Kamal’s new venture Thalaivan Irukkiran.

Kamal hassan  after his extraordinary work in Dasavatharam had announced his next film will be Marmayogi.But due to unavoidable reasons the film was postponed and now he’s going to share screen with the Mollywood legend Mohanlal in the tamil remake of  Thalaivan irukkiran.Recently the buzz was that Ajith is going to do a prime role in the movie.

Now,Sources claim that Kamal Elder Daughter Sruthi Hassan is going to be the music director of the movie.Sruthi Kamal Hassan who had studied music in The Musicians Institue in California,USA had performed a stage show in the year 2007.Sruthi Hassan talent in music’s watched by film enthusiasts and her voice in ‘Adiye Kolluthe’ song in Gautham Menon’s Varanam Aayiram music by Harris Jeyeraj was a sensational hit.

Now the young talent has been allegedely roped in as the music director for Kamal Hassan’s next film ‘Thalaivan Irukkiran’.The film is a bilingual one with the Telugu Version named as ‘Ee Nadu’.Sruthi who had earlier announced,”I’ll work hard and break my father’s records with all those in my name”.The young girl certainly has talents for that.
